Registration fees cover cost for admission to the scientific sessions, abstract book, coffee breaks, working lunches and welcome cocktail.
There is no registration deadline, however, the Institut Pasteur reserves the right to close without notice the "online registration"
when the conference room maximum capacity is reached.
You must be registered before submitting an abstract. However, registration fees can be provided after abstract selection.

Travel, childcare, accessibility grants and registration fee waivers are available for participants who submit an abstract. Selection of awardees is handled directly by the organizers on the basis of the quality of the submitted abstract. Applicants do not need to apply separately for these but should indicate on the abstract submission form if they wish to be considered.
ESCMID attendance grants: You will have the opportunity to apply for centrally funded travel bursaries during registration, and you can apply for ESCMID specific travel bursaries here.
